When To Use Training Bands

The main purpose of using bands is to strengthen the tendons and ligaments, the connective tissues that attach muscles to joints and joints to other joints. Powerlifters use them to be stronger in lockouts of bench presses and squats. They can also be useful for bodybuilders because they will help them get much stronger. That being said, the best time to use them would be in the off-season, when you have more fat and water around the joints. I would caution anyone against using them in their training when they are dieted down and lean, as you could get hurt.
